JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Company is looking for a Grinder who is responsible for setting up and operating the right kind of grinding machine, following specified instructions, and ensuring that all work is delivered safely on time and within budget.

LOCATION: Poland

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safe execution of work assigned by the Foreman related to grinding works.
Inspect machinery to ensure that it remains compliant with specifications to reduce any malfunctions and associated loss of production.
Ensure grinding wheels are dressed according to specifications so that the machines remain at peak working capability.
Provide quality control by inspecting workpieces as they come out of the equipment and removing any defective pieces.
Operate machinery, including polishing and grinding equipment, to grind any metal workpieces to their prescribed specifications to ensure high-quality products.
Finish products by hand using hand tools to ensure the surfaces are filed or finished accordingly.
Keep all equipment running by inspecting and performing basic maintenance.
Cooperation with the fitters and welders and report production.

REQUIREMENTS:

English level – B1 or A2 plus some technical language skills are required.
Relevant work experience minimum 3-5 years. CV with a detailed list of completed projects required.
Knowledge of machinery and equipment maintenance.
Preferred knowledge of isometric drawings.
