JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Company is looking for a Construction Coordinator (English Speaker), who makes sure that projects are done to standard, on schedule, and within budget by managing all the workers, materials, equipment, and finances needed. The ideal candidate should have experience in Construction Management/Project Management with a thorough understanding of all standard rules and procedures.
LOCATION: Szczecin, Poland
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Visiting and inspecting construction sites.
Managing the quality of work on site.
Inspect the construction site to ensure the appropriate level of quality control in all phases.
Identify and utilize talented people to maximize productivity and quality of work.
To ensure that every process is running according to standards.
Review and be responsible for the labor force hours and the job time needed for completion.
Adhering to both budgetary and time constraints.
Coordinate with material and supply chain management to have an adequate supply on the site.
Reporting on progress and challenges in the site to the manager.
Preparation of construction progress reports from the site to be provided to the manager.
Assist the construction manager in the closeout process and ensure the appropriate filing of all paperwork.
Prepare various documents for all implementation of activities and ensure approval for same and assist to distribute all final documents.
Administer contractor performance for the projects and ensure compliance with all agreements and assist in various new and rebuild projects.
Prepare and supervise all the needed documents properly throughout the project life cycle until the project closeout.
REQUIREMENTS:
EU citizen/Temporary Residence.
Fluent in English language (written and verbal).
Prior experience in Construction/Project Management is required.
Should be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Experience in Project Administration is preferable.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
